What happens each week
Week 1
Kick-off & portfolio import
60-min call with your procurement lead. You send supplier portfolio (CSV/XLSX). We configure materials (Gallium, REE, Graphite, Copper, …) and run first CRMA field mapping.
Week 2
Baseline scores & coverage map
Live risk scores, € exposure and coverage blindspots in the terminal. One executive PDF per priority material. Reactive alerts active.
Week 3
Compliance validation & audit trail
Upload 2–3 supplier documents (CoA, export licence). ZRG score, validation history, compliance black box and sample PDF certificate for your internal compliance review.
Week 4
Read-out & go / no-go
Joint session: findings, predictive alert preview (beta), ERP JSON export sample. Decision: Professional subscription, Enterprise quote or stop — no auto-renewal.

After the pilot
No surprise lock-in. Three clear paths:
- 1.Professional — €1,900 net/month, full terminal, 5 users, CRMA export
- 2.Enterprise — custom quote, SSO/SCIM, SLA, SAP/Dynamics integration
- 3.Stop — we delete pilot data on request per DPA retention schedule
Most pilots convert to Professional within 2 weeks of read-out.
IT requirements
No SSO required for pilot. Standard browser access, magic link or passkey. Corporate firewall: allow www.zrgmineral.com. Optional: Microsoft Entra ID OIDC for Enterprise tier — setup guide at /enterprise/sso.
Pilot access is approval-only. Predictive alerts run in beta during pilot — reactive alerts and portfolio analytics are the guaranteed scope.
