ZRG Mineral Link provides a closed B2B compliance and sourcing intelligence platform. Not a physical commodity marketplace.
2. Contract
Contract via onboarding application, ZRG approval, and activation after first invoice payment.
3. Prices
Website prices are net in EUR plus VAT (19% in Germany). Enterprise by individual quote.
4. Usage
Non-transferable use per plan limits. Confidential credentials. No third-party access sharing.
5. Liability
Decision support only. Limited liability for slight negligence per German B2B practice.
6. Termination
Monthly term with 30 days notice to month end.
7. Law
